Teacher Renewal & Recharge
Teacher Renewal & Recharge: Refine & Deepen Your Love of Yoga & Teaching
Teachers: Jennifer Houghtaling, Andrea Fotopoulos & Neil Taylor
Who This Is For: Students and teachers (current or past) who have completed at least a 200-hour teacher training, or it’s equivalent.
The Training: This informative and in depth training will provide students with an opportunity to learn from three long-time teachers with a combined six decades of experience! Jennifer, Andrea and Neil each bring their unique style and approach to teaching, and having these multiple and varied voices is just one of the things that will make this training so engaging and valuable.
This Teacher Renewal & Recharge is perfect if:
- You’re a graduate of a teacher training who is currently teaching, but would like to continue deepening your knowledge and teaching style in a supportive environment.

- You would like to refine your skills, dismantle outdated ideas about our approach to alignment, adjusting and teaching, but are not ready to take on the financial investment and time demands of an advanced level training.
Over the course of four weekends, you will be nurtured and guided towards refreshing your love and skill in teaching. Subjects covered will include:
- A Review of the 8 Limbs of Yoga
- The Kosha
- The Klesha’s
