Given that our classes are all levels, in a given moment you may see a student resting comfortably on their knees in Child’s Pose, while another stands comfortably on their hands in Handstand. We encourage you to use your practice as a living, breathing expression of the yoga tenet of Satya; truth. Living into your truth on the mat is how you’ll keep your body safe and your mind clear.

Shanti Flow: All Levels
Our heated vinyasa flow classes are open to all levels of experience with the understanding that students work within their comfort. There is no expectation that all poses/variants offered are taken. Classes move at a fluid pace and on breath, but offer plenty of space for modifications as well as advancements. Be prepared to sweat, laugh and leave class feeling rejuvenated and vibrant.
Flow & Strength
Enjoy the centering and invigorating benefits of a Vinyasa Yoga integration and warm up before heading into a 20-30 minute segment focused on total body strength and conditioning! You can expect to end class with all that you love from you favorite flow class with a deep hip stretch and final rest. Truly the BEST of both worlds!
Shanti Noontime Refresh: All Levels
Our Noontime Refresh classes are open to all levels of experience and are mildly heated. Classes move at a fluid pace and on breath, but offer plenty of space for modifications as well as advancements.
Barre: All Levels
Our Barre classes are high energy, playful and challenging. You’ll start with a warm up and sequence of upper-body exercises, which include free weights, push-ups, planks and other moves to target the biceps, triceps, chest, and back muscles. Next, you’ll use the ballet barre and your own body weight for resistance to focus on the thigh and seat muscles. Classes will always include core work and are set to up-tempo music in a non-heated room. Students are encouraged to wear socks with grips on the bottom for traction (we sell them right at the studio!).
This high energy class combines the strengthening, toning and lengthening moves of a traditional barre class with short bursts of cardio (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) that will get your heart rate up and burn calories and fat. With an extra emphasis on building core strength, this full body workout will leave you feeling energized and refreshed.
Barre & Core
Our Barre & Core class delivers EVERYTHING you love about barre with the added burn of some seriously strengthening Pilates abdominal exercises. Expect upper body work with light weights, leg/glut work and plenty of attention given to cultivating a strong core!
