Lisa was a Special Education teacher for ten years where she developed her passion for helping others. Once she took her first barre class, she fell in love with the balance of being challenged and energized at the same time in a 60-minute class.
Lisa burned fat, increased her endurance and stamina while she strengthened and toned her whole body. Barre helped her create a happier, healthier and fitter lifestyle, and she was hooked! She continued to follow her passion and became a certified barre instructor and Pilates Mat instructor through Balanced Body Barre and Pilates. Lisa joined their Mentor Training Program where she was trained and mentored under the guided direction of Zayna Gold.
She is excited to share her love, knowledge, and energy with others to incorporate a healthy lifestyle and achieve their fitness goals. Lisa will challenge and motivate in a fun and energetic way.
