Christi developed a love of exercise as a teenager and has made exercise a big part of her life ever since. She was involved in a lot of high impact exercise, aerobics classes and running and was looking for something that would be a challenging workout while not adding more impact on her body. Barre was the perfect complement.
Christi is certified in Body Barre, BarFusion Level I & Level II, Turbo Kick, PiYo and is also a Certified Personal Trainer with an emphasis on coaching woman to develop a sustaining fitness program. Christi began teaching in 2011. Christi enjoys sharing her passion, love, and knowledge with her clients.
Christi focuses on guiding her students through class with proper alignment, form and core strengthening to maximize each pose in barre. She emphasizes a mind-body approach to fitness and assists her students in focusing on themselves throughout their workout.
Christi lives in Hopkinton with her husband, children, and two dogs and enjoys constantly expanding her knowledge in both the fitness and nutrition field.
