Carrie brings over 20 years of study in Health & Fitness and Mind & Body. Her fascination with movement and a keen understanding of the dynamics of the human body led her to pursue her training in Pilates, Yoga, and Barre.
Carrie acquired her Stott Pilates Mat Certification in 2000 and her Pilates Comprehensive certification in 2005 from Physical Mind Institute in Madison, Wisconsin, and Chicago achieving over 1000 hours. In 2011 she completed 200 hours RYTT in Power Vinyasa Hot Yoga in Madison, Wisconsin in addition to completing 100 hours of Yin Yoga training in Chicago. In 2012 Carrie was very excited to travel to Nashville, Tennessee for Barre Training. She trained in the BarreAmped Method.
Carrie’s enthusiasm and energy shine through while her down to earth and personal healing touch brings comfort and balance for every student. You can expect a fun, safe, and anatomically focused class with humor, music and plenty of chances to find your edge.
Carrie and her family moved back to their New England roots 3 years ago to be close to her family in Massachusetts.
In her spare time, Carrie loves kayaking, taking long walks with her dog Baraboo, wine tasting, and spending quality time with her husband and two beautiful daughters.
