Online Classes

In the interest of embracing the new normal during these stressful and unprecedented times, and to keep our community safe, we will be transitioning to a new platform for all of our classes. We will broadcast through Zoom, and will start Friday, March 27th.  We will continue to be your source for amazing Yoga, Barre, Tabata and Mindfulness practices!

Please follow the instructions below to practice with us.

Step 1: Set up an account on the website: Zoom is a FREE video sharing portal that allows us to live-stream classes with you. When prompted, you will be asked to provide an e-mail and personal password of your choosing.

Step 2: Register for your class as you normally do online through MINDBODY, by clicking on the schedule.

  • If you are not currently a student, you’ll be prompted to agree to a virtual waiver and create an account.
  • Select “book” for the class you would like to take. This will officially sign you up and pay for the online class, using your current membership or class card.
  • If you are prompted to pay, you can do that through MINDBODY.
  • Our Drop-in rate for classes will be $14 at this time, which is significantly less than our normal drop-in rate.
  • You may also purchase a 10 class pass for $120.
  • If you currently have a monthly unlimited or annual membership, you have the option to unfreeze your membership and register for classes that way. If you plan on practicing with us three times a week or more, using your current membership will save you money.

Step 3: Once we see that you have signed up on the MINDBODY roster, we will email you the zoom meeting ID and passcode. This will enable you to join the meeting and attend the virtual class. Please, sign up at least 30 minutes prior to class on MINDBODY to assure that we can send you an ID code for that class via email to you. Remember, check your email, including spam for the code.

Step 4: Beginning 15 minutes before the class, you will be able to log into the class via zoom. Your instructor and other classmates will be getting set up, just as in a live, in-person class. You will be able to see and hear the instructor and other students by clicking on the audio & visual buttons right on the screen.

Step 5: Enjoy class! We can’t wait to see you

Helpful Hints For Your Virtual Studio Experience

  • Create a space for yourself where you can roll out your mat, have a strong wifi signal, and minimal background noise. The teacher will do a brief check-in when you come into the room, so please plan to log on at least 15 minutes before the start time.
  • Place your screen and mat so you can best see the teacher.
  • Have the same props available as you would if you were at the studio.
  • We will not play music, but you certainly can on your end. You will be muted once class begins.
  • Some students choose not to share their video, and some do. It’s totally up to you.
  • If your internet connection slows during class, try turning off your video so you can still see the class, but the teacher and class can’t see you. This helps decrease the load on your wifi connection.

Note:  “Speaker” view allows you to follow the teacher, while “Gallery” view will show the other students in the class. Since a lot of us know each other, it can be nice to connect this way.

Can you help me with technical issues?

Generally speaking, no.  We encourage you to play with your free Zoom account so you get used to the format. We won’t be able to stop class to help you if you are having trouble.

What if I have a question during class?

Just as in-studio class etiquette, please refrain from asking questions verbally during class time. If there is a technical issue, please email us at will be time before and after class to ask questions and connect with each other, so please use that time to do so.

All classes will be live stream and not available as archived classes.

We appreciate your patience as we take on this new model and learn and grow in this experience together!
