Good Commons Yoga Retreat
October 14th - 17th

I am beyond excited to return to Good Commons Retreat Center in Vermont. This place is completely magical and after this last year? A reprieve like this is even more important than ever.  Our host, Tesha Buss, and I have been in touch over these many months. I am happy to report that the retreat is getting back to normal in that groups are coming, retreating, replenishing and HEALING.  

The current policy is that participants have a negative covid test within three days of their first day at GC.  As regulations change and shift, I will keep you all posted. My feeling is that many of us with be vaccinated by this point and in no way object to any testing policies. I look forward to being with you all!

I am so excited to be offering our retreat for a second year, to the amazing Good Commons Retreat Center in Plymouth VT. We had SUCH a good time the first time around......this weekend away will not disappoint. 

This long weekend will include daily practice, incredible locally sourced food, comfortable lodgings and plenty of time to explore the local shoppes, villages and nature all around you. Fall foliage and Flow at its finest!

 

Here is a general idea of the schedule:

  • After check in on Thursday, we’ll have light snacks and be given an opportunity to settle in.
  • We will then gather for an early evening class, followed by a delicious dinner.
  • Each morning will begin with a light breakfast followed by a heated Vinyasa Flow class
  • After a nourishing lunch, afternoons will be free to explore a myriad of options—hiking under the canopy of the fall foliage, booking a
  • restorative massage (additional fees apply), or hanging out in the hot tub!
  • We will regroup for class in the early evening and enjoy the warmth of each other’s company at a delicious dinner.

Remaining Accommodations available at Good Commons are as follows:

Bedroom 2: Two Twin Beds in a Shared Room-- $700 each

 

Bedroom 3: 1 double bed ($750) & 1 twin bed ($700) in a shared room

 

Bedroom 4: 1 double bed in a private room ($1000)

 

Bedroom 6: 1 king bed ($850) and one Twin bed ($700) in a shared room

 

5 Twin Beds in the Shared Loft Space--$650 each, 1 Double in shared Loft space, $700

 

Prices are per person and include: accommodations, yoga, and all meals for the weekend.

Please Contact Jennifer to begin the reservation process for your room.  You may pay in full, or place a $250 deposit down for the room of your choice.  Full payment is required by August 1st of 2021.  You may pay with cash, check or Credit Card. 

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, a full refund is available to you with more than 60 days out.  Past 60 days, you will receive 50% of the full enrollment price, 30 days out there will be no refunds unless you can find someone to take your spot.
