We have students of all levels and all abilities in our Shanti Flow classes. Our teachers are skilled in offering appropriate modifications and advancing options for students across the spectrum. Please let the instructor know if you are newer to the practice, or if you have any injuries that you need assistance with. We also offer a Flow Fundementals class on Saturday morning and Shanti Restore if you are looking for a restorative style.
While you can certainly register for a class in person, the process is streamlined, and your spot is guaranteed if you register online. We use MindBody for this process, and whether you are already registered, or need to create an account, you can click here to do that.

You should bring a Yoga Mat, face towel and a larger towel for your mat, a bottle of water and a change of clothes if you’re headed elsewhere after class. We also rent/sell everything you would need here at the studio, so we’ve got you covered in a pinch.
