Esther Hogan

Esther has been involved in the practice of yoga for almost 20 years. Her practice evolved into a way of life after discovering Baptiste yoga in 2007. The emotional, spiritual and physical transformation that followed left her feeling awake and alive for the first time in her life. Yoga became an outlet in which to reduce stress and find balance; to express movement, connect and become stronger. Yoga became a way to search for and find deeper spiritual meaning.

Esther is a 200hr certified yoga teacher who has trained with Baron Baptiste and is influenced by the yoga philosophy of Bryan Kest and Seane Corn. Esther understands that yoga is a lifelong “practice” and is always seeking to learn more and to expand her skills. In 2016, she began teaching SUP(stand up paddle board) yoga classes in addition to her regular teaching. This new expression of the practice combined with the peace of the outdoors and the calming
effect of being on water has been a wonderful and exciting journey.

Aside from her passion for yoga and sharing that passion with others, Esther is deeply interested in meditation. She keeps an active lifestyle and thoroughly enjoys being outdoors hiking, kayaking stand up paddle boarding or running. She also enjoys cooking, baking and reading in her free time.
